本研究采用故射免疫分析法及免疫比浊法对52例经CT确诊的脑血栓形成患者测定了血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α含量及血脂水平,并对24例本病患者进行了急性期与恢复期测定结果的比较,结果显示:脑血栓患者TXB2、TG含量明显升高,而6-keto-PGF1α、ApoA1、HDL-C明显降低,各观察指标急性期与恢复期比较无显著差异。相关分析发现:HDL-C/LDL-C与TXB2呈负相关,LDL-C与TXB2呈正相关。这些资料表明:脑血栓患者血小板功能亢进,脂代谢异常,两者可视为脑血栓发生的易患因素。
In this study, the incidence of plasma TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α levels and serum lipids levels were measured in 52 CT-diagnosed patients by the method of induced-injection immunoassay and immunoturbidimetric assay. Twenty-four patients underwent acute phase Compared with recovery period, the results showed that TXB2 and TG levels in patients with cerebral thrombosis were significantly increased, while 6-keto-PGF1α, ApoA1 and HDL-C were significantly decreased. There was no significant difference between the acute phase and recovery phase of each index. Correlation analysis showed that: HDL-C / LDL-C and TXB2 was negatively correlated, LDL-C and TXB2 was positively correlated. These data show that: patients with thrombotic platelet function hyperthyroidism, abnormal lipid metabolism, both can be considered as a risk factor for cerebral thrombosis.
