目的:分析中药饮片导致不良反应的原因并通过针对性的预防对策,提高临床用药的安全性。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年10月1日~2016年10月31日期间在我院使用中药饮片治疗的患者86例,回顾性分析86例患者的临床病例资料。结果:皮肤黏膜方面的不良反应是患者采用中药饮片治疗后最易出现的,发生率为31.40%,消化道及呼吸系统方面的不良反应发生率依次为23.26%、15.12%;中药饮片所致不良反应发生的最主要原因为煎煮不当,所占比重为34.88%,配伍禁忌、服用时间过长的所占比重分别为25.58%、20.93%。结论:临床上应总结中药饮片所致不良反应发生的影响因素,通过制定和实施相应的预防措施,能保证临床用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of adverse reactions caused by Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces and to improve the safety of clinical medication through targeted preventive measures. Methods: The subjects selected in this study were 86 patients treated with Herbal Pieces in our hospital from October 1, 2015 to October 31, 2016. The clinical data of 86 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Adverse reactions on mucocutaneous mucosa were most likely to occur in patients treated with Herbal Pieces, with an incidence rate of 31.40% and adverse reactions in gastrointestinal tract and respiratory system followed by 23.26% and 15.12% respectively. The reaction was the most important reason for improper boiling, the proportion of 34.88%, incompatibility contraindications, took a long time the proportion of 25.58%, respectively, 20.93%. Conclusion: The clinical factors should be summarized the adverse reactions caused by Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces, through the development and implementation of appropriate preventive measures to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
