随着信息化的发展以及专业化分工的加剧,传统图书出版价值链正经历着一系列变革,而以客户需求为中心、强化企业合作的图书出版价值网正在形成。本文简要论述了价值网下的图书出版企业存在的竞争优势,全面分析创造图书出版价值网竞争优势的策略,以便为图书出版企业的持续发展提供有益借鉴。
With the development of information technology and the intensification of specialized division of labor, the value chain of traditional book publishing is experiencing a series of changes, and the value network of book publishing, which focuses on customer needs and strengthens the cooperation between enterprises, is taking shape. This article briefly discusses the competitive advantages existing in the book publishing enterprises under the value net and analyzes the strategy of creating the competitive advantage of book publishing value net in order to provide useful reference for the sustainable development of the book publishing enterprises.
