利用水溶液法制备了聚丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟乙酯/膨润土高吸水性复合材料,研究各反应因素对该高吸水性复合材料吸水性能的影响,并用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明,该复合材料的合适制备条件是:丙烯酸羟乙酯用量30%(占单体质量百分数),膨润土用量20%(对单体质量,下同),引发剂用量0.2%,交联剂用量0.02%,反应温度为65℃。该高吸水性复合材料的吸去离子水率达920g.g-1,吸0.9%NaCl溶液率为98g.g-1。
Polyacrylic acid - hydroxyethyl acrylate / bentonite superabsorbent composite was prepared by aqueous solution method. The effects of various reaction factors on the water absorption of superabsorbent composite were studied. The product structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the suitable preparation conditions of the composite are as follows: the content of hydroxyethyl acrylate is 30% (monomer weight percentage), the amount of bentonite is 20% (for monomer quality, the same below), the amount of initiator is 0.2% The amount of 0.02%, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃. The superabsorbent composite sucked deionized water rate of 920g.g-1, sucked 0.9% NaCl solution rate of 98g.g-1.
