为了揭示水泥冷再生混合料劈裂强度特性,基于垂直振动成型试件研究了水泥剂量、基面层回收料比例、新集料掺量、养生龄期等因素对水泥冷再生混合料劈裂强度的影响。研究结果表明:水泥冷再生混合料劈裂强度随水泥剂量增大而增大;相同水泥剂量条件下,在基面层回收料中添加新集料与未添加新集料分别制备试件,将试件所测得劈裂强度进行对比发现28d两者劈裂强度比值达到最大,28d后两者劈裂强度比值呈降低趋势,掺加的基面层回收料不同,但劈裂强度比值的曲线增长趋势相似;新集料掺量每提高20%,水泥冷再生混合料劈裂强度可提高4%~26%;水泥冷再生混合料劈裂强度随养生龄期的增长而增大,尤其前28d增长较快,28d之后增长逐渐变小并逐渐趋于平缓,因此应加强早期养生。建议当基面层比例为0∶1、1∶1和7∶3时,回收料最大利用率分别为57%、72%和85%。
