对某新型散货轮尾部螺旋桨导流罩进行了振动特性测试和有限元仿真,得到该罩自身及其与船体结构系统耦合振动的频谱.分析确定了可能因长期共振导致疲劳失效的部位,利用改进的名义应力法和累积损伤理论对该部位的振动响应和疲劳寿命进行了定量计算,最后对该导流罩的设计与安装提出了建议.
Vibration characteristics test and finite element simulation of the propeller shroud of a new type bulk carrier were carried out to obtain the spectrum of the coupling itself and its coupling with the hull structural system.The location of the fatigue failure due to long-term resonance was analyzed and determined The modified nominal stress method and the cumulative damage theory are used to quantitatively calculate the vibration response and fatigue life of the part.
