自从Wachsteln证实中性粒细胞硷性磷酸酶(NAP)活性以来,相继报告了在其他许多疾患的此种改变。末梢血的NAP活性测定现已成为血液学上最普通的检查。特别在慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)与其他骨髓增殖性疾患或与类白血病反应相鉴别时,更是不可缺少的检查项目。尽管如此,但对中性粒细胞NAP代谢作用以及对其活性影响因素的研究尚未完成。目前认为,NAP活性出现在粒系统较成熟的中性粒细胞多;末梢血中性粒细胞NAP的活性较骨髓的要高。可是在末梢血中,老的中性粒细胞NAP活性较新的中性
Since Wachsteln confirmed neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (NAP) activity, one has been reporting such changes in many other disorders. Determination of peripheral blood NAP activity has now become the most common hematological examination. Especially in the chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and other myeloproliferative disorders or leukemia reaction phase identification, but also an indispensable examination items. In spite of this, the research on the effect of NAP on neutrophil metabolism and its influencing factors has not been completed yet.
