目的:研究黎药角花胡颓子茎叶乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分。方法:黎药角花胡颓子茎叶用70%乙醇提取后,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对乙酸乙酯萃取部位采用各种柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质、薄层色谱及波谱分析等方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从角花胡颓子茎叶乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),羽扇豆醇(2),齐墩果酸(3),熊果酸(4),α-香树脂(5),β-胡萝卜苷(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extraction site of Elaeagnus lupulus L. Methods: Elaeagnus fruticosa L. stem and leaves were extracted with 70% ethanol, followed by extraction with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by various column chromatography Physical and chemical properties, TLC and spectral analysis of the isolated compounds were identified. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Elaeagnus, which were identified as β-sitosterol (1), lupeol (2), oleanolic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), α-fragrant resin (5), β-daucosterin (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
