在某型航空相机快门控制系统改进设计中,提出了一种基于DSP的电机双闭环控制系统,解决了采用单片机控制电机时运算速度慢和运用单闭环控制时动态性能不佳的问题。采用速度环和电压环组成的双闭环控制系统,充分利用DSP的接口资源,实现了对快门电机的精确控制。试验室检测和外景拍摄试验证明,应用于该型快门的电机双闭环控制系统控制精确,工作稳定可靠。
In an improved design of some aviation camera shutter control system, a dual closed-loop control system based on DSP is proposed, which solves the problem of slow computing speed and poor dynamic performance when single-loop control is adopted when using single-chip microcomputer to control the motor. The use of speed loop and voltage loop composed of double closed-loop control system, make full use of DSP interface resources, to achieve the precise control of the shutter motor. Laboratory testing and location shooting test proved that the motor used in this type of shutter double closed-loop control system accurate control, stable and reliable.
