为满足某高层办公楼的使用功能要求,需在其屋顶大空间楼层内增设1个大跨度的办公用夹层,根据可行性鉴定结论,经结构整体和局部计算分析,加层设计时合理采用了钢-混凝土组合结构技术,并对原结构构件和新、旧结构连接节点等进行了可靠的综合性加固,很好地满足了该办公楼的改造要求。
To meet the functional requirements of a high-rise office building, a large-span office mezzanine should be added to the large roof space. Based on the results of the feasibility assessment and overall structural and local calculation and analysis, it is reasonable to adopt a Steel-concrete composite structure technology, and the original structural components and new and old structural connection nodes and so on a comprehensive and reliable consolidation, well to meet the transformation requirements of the office building.
