外翼、中央翼的壁板对接结构设计是飞机设计的重要环节之一,不同的对接方式其传力方式不同,对飞机的使用寿命、装配工艺都会产生重大影响。通过对飞机外翼、中央翼对接结构的传力特点的分析,设计了两种不同的上下壁板对接方案,然后运用Altair HyperWorks软件对对接结构进行了有限元分析,得出了较好的对接结构并进行了材料选择,最后运用OptiStruct软件进行了结构尺寸优化和减重分析。
