近年来全固态激光技术得到迅速发展,从而大幅度提高了其性能,扩大了其应用领域范围。介绍了全固态激光技术的一些最新重要进展:比较了已有的基于全固态激光器产生THz波的方法与基于半导体量子阱级联激光器、LN晶体、CO2激光器和光纤激光器等方法,提出一种基于单直线型谐振腔全固态激光器的高效、使用方便的新型THz波源;综述可见光全固态激光器研究开发的新进展,重点介绍基于腔内移频和倍频机理黄激光器和基于腔内拉曼移频和倍频的黄激光器的研究最新进展;同时介绍用LDA直接端面抽运板形激光介质轴对称输出的新型激光谐振腔、籽激光注入Q开关单纵模激光器、冷却激光介质的透明散热器、调Q锁模激光器的调制器等项技术的最新研究成果。
