胰腺癌为常见消化系统恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率有增高趋势。男性多见,40岁以上多发。胰腺癌大多来自胰管上皮,少数来自腺上皮。发生于胰头部约占75％,体、尾部约占25％。 资料与方法 我院B超室自1986年10月至2000年10月超声诊断胰腺癌26例,经手术、病理证实23例,误诊3例,超声诊断符合率88％。其中男性16例,女性7例。年龄42-75岁,平均年龄54岁。伴肝转移3例,腹腔淋巴结转移5例,胃转移1例,合并胆囊结石2例(图1-4)。使用日立EUB-240型、EUB-305型超声诊
Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system. The incidence has increased in recent years. More common in men, more than 40 years old. Most pancreatic cancers come from the pancreatic duct epithelium, and a few from the glandular epithelium. Occurred in the pancreatic head about 75%, body, tail about 25%. Materials and Methods Our hospital B ultrasound room ultrasonic diagnosis of pancreatic cancer from October 1986 to October 2000 in 26 cases, confirmed by surgery, pathology in 23 cases, 3 cases misdiagnosed, ultrasound diagnostic coincidence rate of 88%. There were 16 males and 7 females. Age 42-75 years old, average age 54 years old.
