目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病筛查和诊断的合理检查方法。方法:对1 637例孕妇50 g GCT和714例孕妇OGTT资料进行分析。结果:50 g GCT 7.2 mmol/L～组糖耐量异常的检出率仅为1.75%,OGTT 3 h阳性检出率仅为0.98%。结论:50 gGCT以≥7.8 mmol/L为标准较合理,OGTT 3 h检查可不必进行。
Objective: To investigate the reasonable screening method for gestational diabetes mellitus and its diagnosis. Methods: Data of 1 637 pregnant women with 50 g GCT and 714 pregnant women with OGTT were analyzed. Results: The detection rate of abnormal glucose tolerance was only 1.75% in 50 g GCT and 0.98% in 3 h OGTT. Conclusion: 50 gGCT is more than or equal to 7.8 mmol / L is more reasonable, OGTT 3 h examination may not be carried out.
