应用自制的电位-pH平衡图和实验电位-pH图剖析了55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si合金镀层在不同pH条件下的腐蚀过程及其特征;并用化学分析方法跟踪分析了此合金镀层在pH≤5的含氯离子溶液中的腐蚀全过程,得出由开始时的富Zn相或元素Zn的选择性腐蚀,迅速过渡到Al-Zn共同溶解的腐蚀机制;电镜观察证实了此镀层在四个不同的pH区,的确具有不同的腐蚀特征,与电位-pH平衡图给出的结果一致。
The corrosion process and characteristics of 55% Al-Zn-1.6% Si alloy coating under different pH conditions were analyzed by self-made potential-pH balance diagram and experimental potential-pH diagram. The chemical analysis method was used to analyze the corrosion behavior of pH ≤ 5 containing chloride ion solution of the entire process of corrosion, obtained by the beginning of the Zn-rich or Zn-selective corrosion, rapid transition to Al-Zn co-dissolution mechanism of corrosion; electron microscopy confirmed that the coating in the The four different pH zones do have different corrosion characteristics, consistent with the results given by the potential-pH equilibrium diagram.
