我们从国內外共引进了46个杨树种或品种,经过三年生长观察和抗病性调查,选出有抗锈力而生长速度与加拿大杨相近似的几种杨树。抗病的有P.sercerouge和P.275;轻度感病的有P.gelrica、P.robusta、P.15A、P.canadensis。用东北地区的15种杨树,组成58个杂交组合,由其中的4个杂交组合中选出有抗Melampsora latici-populina Kleb和M.Magnusiana Wagner两种锈菌能力的杂种苗。试验结果如下: 1.黑杨派和青杨派的派间杂交和派內杂交,杂种后代都未出现抗锈植株。 2.山杨与黑杨派或青杨派的杨树杂交,在杂种后代中都出现抗锈类型,如山杨×中东杨;山杨×热河杨;小叶杨×山杨;中东杨×山杨。而以山杨为母本时,杂种苗中抗锈植株的比例大。反之,则抗锈植株比例小。我们还初步研究了锈病侵染与叶部形态和生物化学的关系,但仅系一年试验结果,尚未得到肯定结论。
We have introduced 46 poplar species or varieties from home and abroad. After three years of growth observation and disease resistance survey, we selected several poplar species with anti-rust ability and similar growth rate to Populus canadensis. Resistance to P.sercerouge and P.275; Slightly susceptible P.gelrica, P.robusta, P. 15A, P. canadensis. Fifteen hybrids were made from 15 poplars in northeastern China and four hybrids were selected for their resistance to two rust fungi, Melampsora latici-populina Kleb and M. magnusiana Wagner. The test results are as follows: 1. Black Pops and Green Pops sent inter-generational hybrids and crossbreds, and none of the offspring had anti-rust plants. Poplar and Black Poplar or poplar poplar hybrids in the offspring hybrids appear rust type, such as Populus × Middle East poplar; Populus × Remy Poplar × Populus × Populus; Young. When Populus as the female parent, the proportion of rust-resistant plants in hybrid seedlings is large. On the contrary, the proportion of rust-resistant plants is small. We also preliminary studied the rust infection and leaf morphology and biochemistry, but only a year of test results, yet to be conclusive.
