目的了解本地区土源性线虫监测点菜园、厕所周边、庭院和农作物耕种地土壤中蛔虫卵的污染情况,为制定科学的防治措施提供基础资料。方法收集2011年-2015年平罗县14个乡镇监测点土壤标本350份,采用饱和硝酸钠漂浮法检测土壤蛔虫卵污染情况。结果 2011年-2015年共检测菜园等土壤标本350份,阳性88份,阳性检出率为25.14%,其中菜园、厕所周边、农作物耕种地、庭院阳性检出率分别为30.38%、26.58%、22.50%、21.88%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.01,P>0.05)。结论平罗县土壤环境中有蛔虫卵污染,在今后防治工作中应引起重视,切实保证农民生活质量的提高。
Objective To understand the contamination status of ascaris eggs in the vegetable garden, toilets, courtyards and cultivated soils in the area for soil-borne nematode monitoring in this region and provide the basic information for the formulation of scientific prevention and control measures. Methods 350 soil samples collected from 14 townships in Pingluo County from 2011 to 2015 were collected. Saturated sodium nitrate flooding method was used to detect soil ascaris egg contamination. Results From 2011 to 2015, 350 samples of soil samples from garden and garden were detected, and 88 were positive. The positive rate was 25.14%. The detection rates of the vegetable garden, toilet, crop cultivation and courtyard were 30.38%, 26.58% 22.50% and 21.88%, respectively, with no significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 2.01, P> 0.05). Conclusion Ascaris eggs are contaminated in soil environment of Pingluo County and should be paid more attention in future prevention and control work so as to ensure the improvement of life quality of farmers.
