目的系统探讨房间隔缺损患儿体外循环前后单个核细胞的各免疫表型的比例变化规律。方法应用流式细胞仪测定36例行房间隔缺损修补术的患儿静脉血标本5个时间点的CD_3~+、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_3~+、CD_8~+、CD_(19)~+、CD_(14)~+、CD_(15+56)~+细胞百分率。结果与麻醉诱导后比较,CD_3~+和CD_3~+CD_4~+、CD_3~+CD_4~+/CD_3~+CD_8~+、CD_(19)~+、CD_(14)~+在体外循环后均显著降低(P<0.01),CD_3~+CD_8~+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD_(15+56)~+显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 CD_3~+、CD_(19)~+、CD_(14)~+细胞比例变化和CD_3~+CD_4~+/CD_3~+CD_8~+比值变化有可能作为评价细胞免疫功能受抑制的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of the proportion of immunophenotypes of mononuclear cells in children with atrial septal defect before and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD_3 ~ +, CD_3 ~ +, CD_4 ~ +, CD_3 ~ +, CD_8 ~ +, CD19 in venous blood samples of 36 children undergoing atrial septal defect repair at 5 time points. ~ +, CD_ (14) ~ +, CD_ (15 + 56) ~ + cell percentage. Results Compared with those after induction of anesthesia, both CD_3 ~ + and CD_3 ~ + CD_4 ~ +, CD_3 ~ + CD_4 ~ + / CD_3 ~ + CD_8 ~ +, CD19 ~ + and CD14 ~ (P <0.01). The difference of CD_3 ~ + CD_8 ~ + was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), and CD_ (15 + 56) ~ + was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of the ratio of CD_3 ~ +, CD_ (19) ~ + and CD_ (14) ~ + cells and the ratio of CD_3 ~ + CD_4 ~ + / CD_3 ~ + CD_8 ~ + may be used as important indexes to evaluate the inhibition of cellular immune function.
