冬去春来,乍暖还寒,历来是呼吸道感染疾病的易发时节。患感冒、支气管哮喘、气管炎、肺炎等疾病的人群也比平时增多。加上空气中漂浮的粉尘携带各种细菌和病毒侵入呼吸道,使人体呼吸系统防御功能降低,导致呼吸不畅、胸闷、干咳、咽干痒等症状,影响了人们正常的生活作息。所以我们要在日常的饮食中呵护自己的呼吸道,别让疾病找上门。
Winter to spring, warm and cold, has always been a prone season of respiratory infections. People suffering from cold, bronchial asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia and other diseases also increased more than usual. Together with the floating dust in the air carrying various bacteria and viruses invade the respiratory tract, the body’s respiratory defense function is reduced, resulting in poor breathing, chest tightness, dry cough, dry throat and other symptoms, affecting people’s normal life and work.
