目的:探索不同的加工方法对大青叶中靛蓝、靛玉红含量的影响,为大青叶采后不同加工处理的质量控制提供理论依据。方法:用不同的加工方法对新鲜菘蓝叶片进行处理,采用HPLC法测定靛蓝、靛玉红的含量,并采用DPS软件进行方差分析。结果:经不同加工方法处理的样品靛蓝、靛玉红的含量存在较显著的差异。杀青处理后样品和不杀青样品相比,靛蓝、靛玉红的含量总体上呈上升趋势,其中靛玉红以杀青阴干处理含量最高,靛蓝以杀青70℃干燥处理含量最高。结论:不同加工处理影响大青叶中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量,大青叶采收后进行杀青处理可有效地保留靛蓝、靛玉红。
Objective: To explore the influence of different processing methods on the contents of indigo and indirubin in Daqingye, and provide theoretical basis for quality control of Daqingye after different processing. Methods: Fresh indigo leaves were treated with different processing methods. The contents of indigo and indirubin were determined by HPLC. The variance analysis was performed by DPS software. RESULTS: There were significant differences in the contents of indigo and indirubin treated by different processing methods. The content of indigo and indirubin was generally on the rise compared with the unfixed and unfixed samples. The content of indigo was the highest when it was dried and dried, and the content of indigo was the highest when it was dried at 70°C. Conclusion: Different processing treatments affect the contents of indigo and indirubin in Daqingye. The fixation of Daqingye after being harvested can effectively preserve indigo and indirubin.
