人到中年,要想保持健美的体型,就要做到如下几点。 一、保持精神健康。精神健康就是要使心情舒畅,精神愉快,朝气蓬勃。如果精神长期忧郁、悲伤、烦恼、苦闷、焦虑、紧张等,就容易导致内分泌系统紊乱,重要器官供血不足,以致组织损伤,使器官过早老化。精神紧张,还会减少脑血流量,影响大脑皮质功能,使大脑过早出现动脉硬化。这些精神因素,不但可能导致人未老先衰,体型变化过快,而且到老年时极容易患老年性疾病。
