一、前言 在设计新型燃烧室时,火焰筒是否按预定方案进行气量分配;或在调试过程中,如何改变进气分配规律来改善性能;以及对成批生产的火焰筒延长寿命等情况下,均需确切知道火焰筒沿轴向各排小孔进气量。 国内外已有不少计算方法来预算这种进气分配,但差别很大,而确定火焰筒分配规律的实验方法,有个别文献曾提到测取小孔内外参数的方法,显然,在小孔内外设测量装置,一是极易烧坏,二是干扰气流与燃烧,故此法之实用性值得怀疑。本文提供一种确定各排小孔流量的方法,经实验证实完全可行。
