热带岛礁大多具有典型的高温、高湿、高盐等海洋性气候特点，驻岛人群在这种环境条件下，面临着一系列社会、生理及心理方面的改变。本文重点从病媒生物危害、心理障碍及主要系统器官疾病等方面入手，通过查阅国内外公开发表的各种文献资料，循证分析岛礁环境对驻岛人群健康的影响因素，对科学制定相关卫生保健政策具有重要的指导意义。“,”The residents on islands and reefs have to face a series of social, physical, and psychological changes due to the local tropical maritime environment featuring high temperature, high humidity, and high salinity. Based on the literature published in and out of China, this study carried out an evidence-based analysis of the influencing factors of island and reef environment on the health of residents from the perspectives of biological hazards of vector, psychological disorders, and diseases of major system organs. It can provide an important reference for scientifically stipulating related health care policies.
