改革开放20多年来,职业教育为国内工商企业提供了大量的基层技术人才,是缔造经济奇迹的功臣。而当我们面对职专会计专业的教育与就业现状时,不难发现,“教”与“学”脱节、“学”与“用”脱节现象严重,用人单位对应届会计专业毕业生敬而远之,造成了学生“毕业就失业”的现象。唯有学校的毕业生符合用人单位的需求,教育投资才不致浪费,才能达到会计教育的目的。本研究从会计教育的国内外对比,发现其存在的问题,结合企业界对职专会计毕业生的满意程度进行调查、分析,针对职专会计教育不乐观、毕业生供需关系失衡的现状,从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、师资力量、就业能力等方面,提出了有益的建议,以期避免教育浪费,使会计教育走上健康发展的道路。
Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, vocational education has provided a large number of grass-roots technical personnel to domestic industrial and commercial enterprises and contributed to the economic miracle. Based on the comparison of accounting education at home and abroad, this study finds its existing problems. Based on the investigation and analysis of satisfaction of graduates from vocational schools with accounting profession, this paper analyzes the current situation of imbalance between supply and demand of graduates in accounting education, Curriculum system, teaching content, teaching methods, faculty, employability and so on, put forward some useful suggestions in order to avoid education waste and make accounting education embark on the path of healthy development.
