15MnVNg钢及15MnVNCu钢是在正火状态下使用的屈服强度为45公斤级的低合金高强钢。为给大型桥梁使用这两种钢提供更多的试验数据,采用了插销试验等方法,就这两种钢对氢致裂纹的敏感性进行对比,初步探索了氢脆敏感性与化学成分、热影响区组织以及性能的关系。
15MnVNg steel and 15MnVNCu steel are low-alloy high-strength steels with a yield strength of 45 kg used in a normalized condition. In order to provide more experimental data for large bridges using these two kinds of steels, bolt test and other methods were used to compare the sensitivity of these two steels to hydrogen induced cracking.
