在临床实践中 ,成像质量和防护性能是X线诊疗的重要考量。一个设计完善的质量保证方案 ,针对硬件应尽力考虑到两方面的任务 :投照参数的准确监控和辐射输出的优化。投照参数决定着主射束的性能 ,反之 ,有关主束性能的非介入测量则为校准投照参数的必要依据。这个必要性在于整机系统的一切显著变异终将反映在主束上 ,而直接作用于人体的是主束辐射而非投照参数。本文列举了普通X线机主束各项性能指标的意义和基本检测方法 ,希望对X射线诊断机的检测以及QA、QC有所帮助。
In clinical practice, imaging quality and protective properties of X-ray diagnosis and treatment is an important consideration. A well-designed quality assurance program should focus on hardware for both tasks: accurate monitoring of projection parameters and optimization of radiation output. Projection parameters determine the performance of the main beam, whereas non-intrusive measurements of the main beam properties are necessary to calibrate the projection parameters. The necessity is that all significant variations in the whole system will eventually be reflected in the main beam, whereas the direct effect on the human body is the main beam radiation rather than the projection parameters. This article lists the general X-ray machine main beam the meaning of the various performance indicators and the basic detection methods, hoping to X-ray diagnostic machine testing and QA, QC helpful.
