艺术学升格为门类后,为高等艺术教育在学科建设方面提供了机遇,同时也面临着生存与发展的一系列挑战。文章基于地方综合性艺术院校自身的特点,从学科建设在综合艺术院校发展中的重要性、发展中的现状分析,以及建设中的重点环节几个方面进行了梳理,得出以下结论:艺术院校在学科建设中首先要发挥和调动自主发展的内动力,构建合理的学科组织结构;其次,借力于社会文化发展的外动力,充分发挥艺术院校服务于地方的优势,找准自身在高等教育大系统中的学科空间定位,发展优势、特色学科,带动整体发展。
After the upgrading of the art class, the higher art education offered opportunities in discipline construction as well as a series of challenges in its survival and development. Based on the characteristics of the local comprehensive art academies, this article reviews the importance of discipline construction in the development of integrated art academies, the analysis of the current situation in development, and the key links in the construction. The following conclusions are drawn: In the course of discipline construction, art academies must first exert and mobilize the internal motive force of self-development and construct a reasonable structure of subject organization. Secondly, leveraging on the external motivation of social and cultural development, art colleges should give full play to the advantages Its own position in space for higher education in the discipline system, the development of advantages and characteristics of the discipline, and promote the overall development.
