本文研究了香蕉粉对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖及胰岛素抵抗的影响。将SD大鼠分为:糖尿病模型组(DCG)、糖尿病大鼠香蕉粉干预组(DBG)、正常对照组(NCG)、正常大鼠香蕉粉干预组(NBG),用香蕉粉干预大鼠8周,结果显示:与DCG组相比,DBG组大鼠空腹血糖显著降低,降低了32.75%,糖耐量状况得到显著改善,体重显著增加,增加了7.92%;DBG组大鼠的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及游离脂肪酸水平显著降低,分别降低了50.65%、79.63%、60.38%和39.71%;高密度脂蛋白/总胆固醇的比值显著提高,提高了86.96%,血脂恢复到正常大鼠水平;DBG组大鼠的血浆胰岛素水平显著降低,胰岛素抵抗指数降低51.28%,胰岛素敏感指数提高14.87%,胰岛β细胞功能提高38.31%。研究表明,香蕉粉有一定的血糖调节功能,能缓解糖尿病造成的体重下降问题,并有效改善糖尿病大鼠的脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗。
This article studies the effects of banana powder on the blood glucose and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ). The SD rats were divided into four groups: diabetic model group (DCG), diabetic rat banana powder intervention group (DBG), normal control group (NCG) and normal rat banana powder intervention group (NBG) Weeks, the results showed: compared with DCG group, DBG group fasting blood glucose decreased significantly, decreased by 32.75%, glucose tolerance status was significantly improved, the body weight increased significantly, an increase of 7.92%; DBG group rats serum total cholesterol, Triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and free fatty acid decreased significantly by 50.65%, 79.63%, 60.38% and 39.71% respectively; the ratio of high density lipoprotein / total cholesterol increased significantly by 86.96% The level of plasma insulin in DBG rats decreased significantly, insulin resistance index decreased by 51.28%, insulin sensitivity index increased by 14.87% and islet β cell function increased by 38.31%. Studies have shown that banana powder has some blood sugar regulating function, can alleviate the problem of weight loss caused by diabetes, and effectively improve diabetic rats lipid metabolism disorders and insulin resistance.
