The authors used the patch-clamp technique of zonomycin-perforated to study the regulatory effect of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang on the glycine-induced fast-separated rat central periaqueductal gray (PAG) neuronal ion currents. The test was conducted under a holding potential (V_H) of -50 mV. Different concentrations of Corydalis yanhusuo extract were added to the patch-clamping template of bacteriocin every 20 minutes. The input current was recorded and the ion flux activated by the extract of 1 mg/mL was used as a control.
