西餐习惯,上菜的顺序是冷盘、汤、热菜,然后是甜食或水果。中国人则是先吃热菜后喝汤。西餐吃法,上主菜时还辅以配菜,例如,鱼串配米饭;牛排配土豆、豆角、胡萝卜或瓜条等。 如双方有讲话,西方习惯,一般安排在热菜之后,甜食之前;我国做法是一入席先讲话,后用餐。 宴请用酒,约有三类:一是餐前开胃酒。常用的有雪利、葡萄酒、马丁尼、金酒加汽水和冰块、威士忌加冰水等。一般只在进餐前喝一小杯。二是席间佐餐用酒。常用的是红、白葡萄酒以及各种软饮料。席间用酒(table wine)一般不上烈性酒。一般习惯,吃鱼虾时用
