我院激光室1989年开诊以来用CO_2激光治疗脐茸12例,经过随访观察,取得十分满意的效果,治愈率达100％。 临床资料:男10例、女2例,年龄3月至11月,其中缔状5例,乳头状4例。乳头状继发感染3例。 治疗方法:采用上海第二医科大学生产的YJCO_2—6型激光手术器,波长10.6μm,聚焦后作“光刀”使用。治疗时用1‰新洁尔灭液消毒局部。2％利多卡因局部麻醉,激光刀离皮肤
