儿童的各个器官正处在稚嫩的生长发育阶段,尤其是消化器官分泌消化酶的活动能力比较弱,分泌量也较少。在这种生理条件下,如果在饭前一小时左右喝点水,就可以及时把水分补充到全身各个细胞组织,从而保证消化器官分泌足够的消化液,来促进食欲和帮助儿童对食物的消化吸收。特别是在早饭之前,儿童因一夜睡眠之后,体內的水分损失较多,多喝点白水就更有必要了。儿童不仅在饭前要喝点水,在进食时还要有汤水,这样才有助于溶解食物,促进对食物尤其是蛋白质含量高的食物的消化吸收。
