To observe the effects of a large amount of exercise training and 400m race on the immunoglobulin IgA, IgM and IgG of female track and field athletes and to explore the possible mechanism. The results showed that: IgM and IgM were significantly increased (P <0.05) and IgG were significantly increased (P <0.01) after exercise for a long time; IgM was still significantly higher than that before training (P <0.05) , IgA, IgG had returned to pre-training level (P> 0.05). 2) Immediately after 400m, IgA, IgG and IgM were significantly increased (P <0.01). After recovery for 3h, all the indexes recovered (P> 0.05). 3) A large amount of exercise training courses and 24h after the 400m run, all the indicators are basically restored.
