巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)是一种具有谱系特异性的细胞因子,是目前临床上应用最广泛的细胞因子之一。M-CSF可诱导破骨细胞分化增殖,维持其活性,并可抑制破骨细胞凋亡。其在治疗骨骼石化症及体外诱导破骨细胞分化等方面也有广泛引用。本文着重概述了M-CSF对破骨细胞的生物作用。
Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) is a lineage-specific cytokine and is currently one of the most widely used cytokines clinically. M-CSF can induce osteoclast differentiation and proliferation, maintain its activity, and can inhibit osteoclast apoptosis. It is widely used in the treatment of skeletal metaplasia and in vitro induced osteoclast differentiation. This article highlights the biological effects of M-CSF on osteoclasts.
