通过对铁路货运组织改革后货运交付问题的梳理,根据全路货运营销工作推进发展的情况,进行了主客观原因的分析,提出货运组织改革后改进交付手续的建议。
Through combing freight forwarding after the reform of the railway freight organization, the subjective and objective reasons were analyzed according to the situation of the freight transportation marketing of the whole road, and the suggestion of improving the delivery procedures after the freight organization reform was put forward.
