通过对拆装式箱式房屋的底框结构进行竖向分级加载试验,分析了其竖向抗弯刚度和承载力。试验表明:底框结构的冷弯薄壁异形梁刚度较弱,但强度基本满足设计要求。底框梁开洞处截面下翼缘焊接了补强板,保证了截面的强度和梁的整体刚度。为了研究立柱与顶底框连接处的半刚性性能,采用ABAQUS有限元程序建立了立柱与顶底框刚性连接的箱式房屋模型,分析了半刚性连接与刚性连接的差异。结果表明:立柱与顶底框连接的半刚性性能对底框的刚度和承载力的影响较大,分析中应予以考虑。
Through vertical grading and loading tests on the bottom frame structure of disassembled box houses, the vertical bending stiffness and bearing capacity are analyzed. The test shows that the rigidity of the cold-formed thin-walled profile beam of the bottom frame structure is weak, but the strength basically meets the design requirements. Bottom frame beam hole at the lower section of the flange welded steel plate, ensuring the strength of the cross-section and the overall rigidity of the beam. In order to study the semi-rigid performance of the connection between the column and the top-bottom frame, a box-type house with rigid connection between the column and the top and bottom frame was established by ABAQUS finite element program. The difference between the semi-rigid connection and the rigid connection was analyzed. The results show that the semi-rigid connection between the column and the top-bottom frame has great influence on the rigidity and bearing capacity of the bottom frame, and should be considered in the analysis.
