新形势下,军队报纸宣传直接面对着外部舆论场、部队建设发展、官兵精神需求和人才缺乏等诸多挑战和考验,应当认真分析形势,把握媒体规律,立足报社实际,迎难而上、主动作为,努力在办报理念、内容质量、方法手段、人才培养等方面,积极推进报纸创新,不断提高报纸宣传对部队战斗力的贡献率。
Under the new situation, the military’s newspaper propaganda directly faces many challenges and tests such as external public opinion field, army building and development, lack of officers and men’s spiritual needs and lack of qualified personnel. We should conscientiously analyze the situation and grasp the laws of the media. As an effort to actively promote the innovation of newspapers and constantly improve the contribution rate of newspapers and publications to the combat effectiveness of the armed forces in the aspects of reporting ideas, content quality, methods and means, and personnel training,
