介绍了DD3单晶高温合金宏观各向异性、弹粘塑性损伤本构模型的建立过程 ;推导了模型中的DD3单晶损伤演化方程 ;对模型的结构和特点作了简要分析。对模型材料常数的标定方法作了简单的讨论。利用DD3单晶材料的实验数据 ,对 95 0℃下的模型材料常数进行了具体标定 ,给出了标定结果。给出了模型的预测结果和试验结果的对比曲线 ,从这些曲线可以看出 ,该模型能够比较准确地描述单晶的力学行为特点 ,可望用于单晶叶片的结构分析
The establishment process of macroscopic anisotropy and elasto-viscoplastic damage constitutive model of DD3 single crystal superalloy was introduced. The evolution equation of DD3 single crystal damage was deduced. The structure and characteristics of the model were briefly analyzed. The method of calibration of model material constants is briefly discussed. Based on the experimental data of DD3 single crystal material, the model material constants at 95 0 ℃ are calibrated and the calibration results are given. From the curves, it can be seen that the model can describe the mechanical behavior of single crystal more accurately and is expected to be used in the structural analysis of single-crystal leaf
