采用多重周期饥饿后的补偿生长方式,在室外水泥池中用含w=8.9%脂肪,w=36.0%蛋白质的膨化日粮饲喂240尾初始质量约为7.3g的奥尼罗非鱼Oreochromisaureus×O.niloticus96d,水温为(29.0±1.5)℃。试验共分4组,分别为对照组(每日投喂)、实验1组(隔日投喂)、实验2组(隔4d投喂4d)和实验3组(隔8d投喂8d)。试验结束,各实验组奥尼罗非鱼均获得了部分补偿生长效果,且其部分补偿生长效果主要由摄食率提高引起,饥饿1-4d后恢复摄食可使奥尼罗非鱼内脏指数、肥满度、生化组成恢复正常,而饥饿8d后恢复摄食并不能使鱼体内脏组成和生化组成恢复至对照组水平。
Using a compensatory growth pattern after multiple periodic starvation, 240 oiled Oreochromisa ureas with an initial mass of about 7.3 g were fed in an outdoor cement pool with a puffed diet containing w = 8.9% fat and w = 36.0% O. niloticus96d, water temperature (29.0 ± 1.5) ℃. The experiment was divided into 4 groups: control group (fed daily), experimental group 1 (fed every other day), experimental group 2 (fed every 4d for 4 days) and experimental group 3 (fed every 8d for 8 days). At the end of the experiment, the growth of O. niloticus in each experiment group was partially compensated, and its partial compensatory growth was mainly caused by the increase of ingestion rate. After feeding 1-4 days after starvation, the giblet index of O. niloticus, Full scale, biochemical composition returned to normal, and hunger 8d after feeding does not restore the body composition and biochemical composition of fish to the control group level.
