建立了蓄热式倾斜芯型太阳能蒸馏系统,在实际天气条件下进行了实验研究,分析了给水流量和倾斜角度等对系统性能的影响。结果表明,在倾斜角度为45°时,白天的产水量最高可达4.07 L/m~2,在倾斜角度为30°时,白天的产水量最高可达3.67 L/m~2;随着给水流量的增大,太阳能蒸馏器的产水量降低;注入相变蓄热材料后夜间产水量最大可提高104%,日产水量最高可达到5.16 L/m~2,是传统式太阳能蒸馏器产水量的2.58倍。
A regenerative tilting core solar energy distillation system was established. Experiments were conducted under actual weather conditions, and the influence of feed water flow rate and tilt angle on system performance was analyzed. The results show that the maximum water production can reach 4.07 L / m ~ 2 at tilting angle of 45 ° and 3.67 L / m ~ 2 at tilting angle of 30 °. The increase of flow rate and the decrease of water yield of solar distiller will result in a maximum of 104% increase of nocturnal water production after phase change thermal storage material is added, and the maximum daily water yield can reach 5.16 L / m 2, which is the output of traditional solar distiller 2.58 times.
