松下电子工业开发了适用于传真和光学式文字读出装置(OCR)等高速以及高精度读出的2048级CCD线阵摄象器,从7月份起开始出售。由于采用高可靠二层多晶硅以及无缺陷晶体处理等工艺技术,信号处理采用简易的同步型偶奇合成输出和二相驱动,所以才实现了高速灵敏度功能的要求。它的特征是:①把2048个浮置二极管和读出用的n型埋沟CCD移位寄存器集成在一个芯片上,对于大范围的可见光输入,有很好的分光灵敏度,由于SN比大能获得大的信号输出。
