本文设计了一种基于MEMS加速度传感器的双轴高精度静态电子倾角仪实用修正算法,给出了电子加速度计零点修正及三轴加速度计垂直安装误差的剔除公式推导和应用方法,并利用EXCEL对三轴电子加速度计获得的数据进行补偿前后的数据对比,证明了该补偿算法可提高倾角测量精度。
In this paper, we designed a practical correction algorithm of biaxial high precision static electronic inclinometer based on MEMS accelerometer. The derivation and application of the deduction formula of electronic accelerometer zero point correction and triaxial accelerometer vertical installation error are given. The comparison of the data before and after compensated by the data obtained from the three-axis electronic accelerometer proves that the compensation algorithm can improve the accuracy of dip measurement.
