对催化裂化过程中过裂化反应的行为特点进行了较系统的研究 ,考察了过裂化反应对催化裂化产品分布以及氢转移反应和异构化反应的影响。结果表明 ,由反应温度升高引起的过裂化属于过度热反应 ,过裂化点后干气和焦炭产率明显增加 ,而液化气产率则匀速增加 ;由剂油比增加引起的过裂化属于过度催化反应 ,过裂化点后液化气和焦炭产率出现明显增加的趋势 ,但干气产率基本上没有变化。
The behavior characteristics of over-cracking reaction in FCC process were systematically studied. The effects of over-cracking reaction on the product distribution, hydrogen transfer reaction and isomerization reaction were investigated. The results show that the over-cracking caused by the increase of reaction temperature is excessive thermal reaction, the yield of dry gas and coke increases obviously after the over-cracking point, while the liquefied gas production rate increases uniformly; over-cracking caused by the increase of oil-to-oil ratio is excessive Catalytic reactions, liquefied gas and coke yield increased significantly after the over-cracking point, but the dry gas production rate basically unchanged.
