洼垴水电站是一座以发电为主、兼灌溉的中型水利水电工程。工程建成后,由于前池拦污栅无清污设备,水流中的垃圾堵塞拦污栅,水电站建成后采用人工清污,清污效果差且需要停机清污,严重影响机组发电效率。通过市场调研和结合工程实际,对水电站前池拦污栅进行改造后安装了浮动自加压式耙斗清污机,改变了水电站前池拦污栅垃圾堵塞水头影响发电的状况,提高了发电效率。

Through the market research and the combination of engineering practice, floating self-pressurizing bucket harvester was installed after the reconstruction of the trash rack at the front of the hydropower station, which changed the situation that the trash head of the hydropower station trash plug blocked the power generation and improved the power generation effectiveness.
