目的探讨红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后能量代谢的改善作用。方法将64只健康雄性SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组、模型组、红花注射液4 ml/kg组、红花注射液2 ml/kg组,每组16只大鼠,采用改良的Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,并根据分组进行相应的干预处理,然后分别检测各组大鼠神经评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和Ca~(2+)-ATP酶。结果与模型组比较,红花注射液4 ml/kg组、红花注射液2 ml/kg组神经评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸水平明显降低,而Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和Ca~(2+)-ATP酶水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与红花注射液4 ml/kg组比较,红花注射液2 ml/kg组神经学评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸水平明显升高,而Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和Ca~(2+)-ATP酶水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液能够改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织的能量代谢,这可能是其能够保护脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of safflower injection on energy metabolism after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Sixty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, safflower injection 4 ml / kg group, safflower injection 2 ml / kg group, 16 rats in each group, The model of focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury was established by Zea - Longa method. The rats were subjected to the corresponding interventions according to the grouping. The nerve score, brain water content, lactate, Na ~ + - K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase. Results Compared with the model group, the neurological scores of safflower injection 4 ml / kg and safflower injection 2 ml / kg significantly decreased the water content of brain tissue and the level of lactate, while Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and The level of Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase was significantly increased (P <0.05). Neurological scores of safflower injection 2 ml / kg group were significantly higher than those of safflower injection 4 ml / kg group, while brain water content and lactate level were significantly increased. Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase level was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower injection can improve energy metabolism of brain tissue after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms that safflower injection can protect brain tissue after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
