针对某型机交流主电源在飞机带载后异常退网的情况,在详细分析电路结构和系统运行原理后,设计了故障排查方案并进行了故障复查,根据实验波形分析了故障情况。通过对比设计方案,确定故障原因为差动保护所应用的电流互感器相序连接错误,从而为承制厂进行故障处理提供了充分的证据,保证了飞机生产进度和交付质量。
Aiming at the situation that the main power of AC main power supply of a certain type of machine is abnormally withdrawn after being loaded by the aircraft, the troubleshooting scheme is designed and the fault is reviewed after the circuit structure and system operation principle are analyzed in detail. The fault condition is analyzed according to the experimental waveform. By contrasting the design scheme, it is determined that the cause of the fault is the faulty connection of the phase sequence of the current transformers used by the differential protection, thus providing sufficient evidence for the trouble shooting of the factory and ensuring the production progress and delivery quality of the aircraft.
