采用页岩为基础原料,按照一定的配比添加一定细度的植物纤维(水稻、玉米等农作物的秸秆废弃物)作为造孔剂,经过成型和焙烧等工艺步骤,研发出一种轻质高强、保温隔热性能良好的页岩烧结微孔砖。对材料进行XRD分析,并对烧结样品进行物理性能和SEM分析,结果表明:页岩的化学成分适宜制备页岩烧结微孔砖,烧成温度范围为850~1000℃;随着造孔剂掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度和导热系数降低。
