陕西省水电工程局自 1994年以来先后承建了山口电站、海潮坝水库、楚松水库、乌鲁瓦提水库等项目的面板堆石坝工程 ,这些工程均位于高海拔的严寒干旱地区 ,施工环境很差 .在施工过程中 ,通过不断的试验研究、工艺创新和工程实践 ,使混凝土面板施工技术得到了较好的发展 .这些技术包括 :面板钢筋架立“预制网片、现场组装”工艺 ;混凝土坡面布料槽车入仓工艺 ;垫层坡面上、下行全振碾压施工方法 ;垫层坡面水泥砂浆护面滑模施工方法 ;高寒干旱气候下面板混凝土养护防裂措施 ;利用洞室爆破开采坝料的施工方法以及斜坡碾压机具的研制和应用等 .这些技术经实践的检验 ,施工效果良好 ,效益明显
