根据液体火箭发动机的特点,针对当前发动机可靠性建模方法存在的问题,借鉴国外相关行业的可靠性建模方法,提出一种基于任务过程的液体火箭发动机可靠性建模方法,建立发动机各部组件与整机间的逻辑关系,以反映发动机的任务过程及任务执行过程中发动机各部组件的相互关系,更为精细地表达发动机的任务与工作过程。通过模型量化方法,支持发动机的可靠性预计与评估工作。通过建模方法,从风险角度分析发动机的薄弱环节。通过该建模方法的研究,为发动机的可靠性分析评估及产品的设计改进提供支持。
According to the characteristics of liquid propellant rocket engine, aiming at the existing problems of the reliability modeling method of the engine, the reliability modeling method of liquid rocket engine based on the task process is proposed by reference to the reliability modeling method of related industries in foreign countries. And the logical relationship between the whole machine to reflect the engine’s mission process and the implementation of the task of the engine during the various components of the relationship between the more delicate expression of the engine’s tasks and work processes. Through the model quantification method, it supports the estimation and evaluation of engine reliability. Through the modeling method, we analyze the weak points of the engine from the perspective of risk. Through the research of this modeling method, it provides support for the reliability analysis and evaluation of the engine and the design improvement of the product.
