随着我国课程改革的深入,基础教育日益重视教 师“如何教”的问题,这就有必要明确规范公立学校教 师的教育教学权利。本文通过介绍美国公立学校教师 在教育教学实践中所应该遵守的具体规则,从教学内 容、教学方法和评价学生等方面对教师教育教学权进 行了明确界定。 With the deepening of the curriculum reform in our country, basic education has paid increasing attention to the question of how to teach teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the right of education and teaching of public school teachers explicitly. This paper introduces the specific rules that American public school teachers should obey in the practice of education and teaching, and clearly defines the right of teachers’ education and teaching from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation of students.
